Concessions will be provided by John S Knight Center. No other food will be allowed in. John S
Knight police officers are super strict on food in the building. They will not allow any outside food to be brought into the facility.

Spectator Fees – All spectators must be in attendance to receive bands. We will not give bands to spectators not
present. We are having a huge issue with people passing around bands. As a reminder we
disqualify programs for this. Please remind your parents about our requirements.

Very important information has been posted on the website regarding this weekend’s event. At the last US Cheer Productions event we attended in Sandusky, I was approached by the event producer owner stating that our parents were arguing with the venue staff regarding bringing in outside food (Starbucks and McDonalds to be exact). There were signs posted outside the venue stating “NO OUTSIDE FOOD”. The venue this weekend, John S Knight Center, has the same policy.
Venues can refuse to rent to event producers if they cannot control the crowds attending their events. Please do not bring in outside food/drinks into the venue this weekend and do not argue with the event staff.
This is the same event producer that contacted me regarding an email that was sent to them from a parent asking about a paid bid.
Event producers will ban programs from attending events if there are repetitive issues with their staff, participants and/or spectators. That is why positive relationships with the event producers are very important. If we cannot attend their events, it will limit our options for Paid bids within a reasonable geographic area.
