Allstar cheerleading is a sport unlike any other. It combines athletic elements of tumbling, stunting, jumping, and dancing with a performance factor. Our teams compete at local and national events throughout the competition season, which runs from November to May.
Our athletes have come from all over Western PA. They meet at our gym one to three times a week to learn the elements of allstar cheerleading along with life skills, such as teamwork, dedication, and goal-setting.
All of our coaches are experienced and have PA state clearances. They have backgrounds in allstar cheerleading as cheerleaders, coaches, choreographers, and judges. Their experience combined with their passion for this sport allows them to empower our athletes to reach their full potential.
All of our athletes train in our state-of-the-art private facility located at 732 Ekastown Road in Sarver, PA.
We offer a variety of allstar teams for all levels of interest. Our tiniest cheerleaders are three years old!
Competitive Teams
Our competitive program holds try-outs in May and starts practice in June. All of these teams practice 2 times per week. They compete both locally and nationally.
Cheerleaders are placed on teams based on their individual skills in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: tumbling skills, stunting experience, jump ability, dance talent, and ability to follow commands and take correction.
These cheerleaders range in age from 5 to 18 years.
Full Year Novice Teams (Travel and Non-Travel)
We offer both traveling and nontraveling full year Novice teams. These teams have team placements in May and start practice in June. They practice one time a week and attend either all local or local and national events depending on which option is selected.
Cheerleaders on these teams are taught fundamentals of cheerleading and provide an opportunity for younger cheerleaders to develop skills and experience the sport.
Our Full Year Novice cheeleaders typically range in age from 3 – 9 years.
Half Year Cheer
These teams hold placements at the end of August or early September and immediately start practice. They practice 1 time a week and compete 4 or 5 times. All of their events are local (within 2 hours) except sometimes 1 event.
These teams provide a way for individuals to try out the sport of allstar cheerleading without commiting to an entire year. These teams compete in the Novice or Prep divisions at competitions. The teams are determined based on the cheerleaders that are present at team placements.
These cheerleaders can range in age from 5 to 18 years.
Quarter Year Cheer
These teams have a very abbreviated cheer season. They have placements in December and immediately start practicing 1 time per week. They compete at 2 local competitions. These teams are a great opportunity for kids to try out allstar cheer and see how they like it.
These teams have ‘all inclusive’ pricing, meaning that you pay one fee per month and it covers tuition, uniform, bow, choreography, music and competition and coach fees.
The cheerleaders on these teams can range in age from 5 to 18 years.
